With House Engineer - 5 Hour Booking Minimum in STUDIO A
- $230 per hour in Studio A with engineer and assistant engineer
- $2100 per 10 hour day in Studio A with engineer and assistant engineer
Without Engineer - 5 Hour Booking Minimum in STUDIO A
- $180 per hour in Studio A without engineer (assistant engineer included)
- $1600 per 10 hour day in Studio A without engineer
Piano Tuning Rates
- $150 on Weekdays
- $180 on Weekends

- Large live floor ideal for live off the floor recording
- Fazioli Grand Piano
- Large control room to accommodate big sessions
With House Engineer - 5 Hour Booking Minimum in STUDIO B
- $170 per hour in Studio B with engineer and assistant engineer
- $1500 per 10 hour day in Studio B with engineer and assistant engineer
Without Engineer - 5 Hour Booking Minimum in STUDIO B
- $130 per hour in Studio B without an engineer (assistant engineer included)
- $1100 per 10 hour day in Studio B without engineer (assistant engineer included)
Studio Info:
- Ideal for vocal sessions and single instrument sessions
- Spacious private lounge and control room that can accommodate up to 8 guests
- Living room type feel that has no equipment in the middle of the control room
- Large Quested speaker system ideal for Pop, Hip Hop, and R&B sessions
STUDIO D
Writing and Overdub Studio - No recording isolation booth
This room is currently NOT available due to a year long booking.
